The UNDP Iraq Communication Unit seeks to promote the work and achievements of the Country Office, and to improve visibility and reachability to the public at large through digital dissemination and easy access to related information at the local, regional and global levels.

UNDP Iraq is launching Procurement Notice: IRQ10-RFP363/17 for the provision of design, development and launching of a mobile application for UNDP Iraq and seeks proposals from qualified firms who have conducted similar projects with international organizations for the creation of UNDP Iraq phone application.

The primary objective of the assignment is to create a mobile application that is installable and accessible at the local, regional and global levels, and compatible with multiple platforms, along with the advanced infographics tool containing interactive maps option, including a map of Iraq with project locations/data.

This process entails conceiving a larger optimized database, a branding scheme in line with UNDP branding style, set of cutting edge technology modules, a highly interactive, fast loading web-based application that is easily sustainable and accessible by a wide range of end-users.

Kindly note that there will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday 13 September 2017 at 11:00 AM [+03:00GMT/ Baghdad Time].
