Partenord Habitat procède à une consultation en vue de souscrire les contrats d'assurances complémentaire santé du personnel de Partenord Habitat. La présente consultation est lancée sous forme d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu sans montant minimum annuel et sans montant maximum annuel. Le marché est conclu pour 1 an à partir du 1.1.2020 (00:00). Le marché pourra être reconduit d'année en année. La durée maximale du marché, période initiale et reconduction(s) comprises, ne pourra pas excéder 4 ans. À titre indicatif, le nombre de salariés sous statut OPH est de 734. À titre indicatif, le nombre de salariés de la fonction publique territoriale est de 25.

The contract is concluded in application of the public order code of 1.4.2019. Partenord Habitat conducts a consultation to subscribe Partenord Habitat's complementary health insurance policies. This consultation is launched in the form of a call for tenders opened in application of the articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the public order. The contract is concluded with no minimum annual amount and no annual maximum amount. The contract is concluded for 1 year from 1.1.2020 (00:00). The market can be renewed from year to year. The maximum duration of the contract, initial period and renewal (s) included, can not exceed 4 years. As an indication, the number of employees with OPH status is 734. For indicative purposes, the number of employees in the territorial civil service is 25.
