REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CORPORATE LENDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. NMB Bank Plc is a fully-fledged commercial bank in Tanzania. The bank offers banking services to individuals, small to medium sized businesses, as well as large corporate clients. NMB Bank has a wide branch network with over 230 branches, over 6000 NMB Wakala Agents and over 800 ATMs serving over 3.5 million customers across the country.

2. NMB Bank Plc has set aside funds for implementation of lending management system during the financial year 2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Corporate Lending Management System.

3. NMB Bank Plc now invites proposals from all eligible vendors for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Corporate Lending Management System.

4. The Selection and shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through the Open Competitive Tendering as specified in the NMB Bank Plc. Procurement Policy and Procedures.

5. Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain RFP document by requesting via email to Secretary, Management Tender Committee at procurement@nmbbank.co.tz and you shall be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to getting the document.

6. Request for clarifications shall be sent to the office of Secretary, Management Tender Committee at procurement@nmbbank.co.tz not later than Friday 04^th December, 2020.

7. The deadline for submission of the applications will be on Friday 18^th December, 2020 at 15H00 EA Time. Your Proposal must be marked on top of the envelope: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF CORPORATE LENDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Applications received will be opened promptly thereafter and in the presence of vendor’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at NMB Bank Plc Head Office on the first floor at 15H00 EA Time on Friday 18^th December, 2020. The proposal shall be delivered in the following ways:-

• Hard Copy delivery in sealed envelopes and deposited at the TENDER BOX located on ground floor of NMB Bank Head Office, at Ohio/Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road, Dar es salaam; OR

• Delivery by courier and addressed to Secretary, NMB Bank Plc. Management Tender Committee P.O. Box 9213, Dar es Salaam. OR

• Email delivery to – tendersubmission@nmbbank.co.tz maximum 10MB – ensure you protect your document with password which should be shared by the date of submission at exactly 15.00HRS.

8. Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
